Perception Audit

Traditional communications approaches have been largely ‘inside-out’ with companies directing one-way key messages to stakeholder communities; however, this approach has limitations.

We prefer to start with a Stakeholder Perception Audit to ensure we understand the territory before we make any stakeholder-engagement recommendations. Such audits can be either full-blown or dipstick.
