MENTOR Communication Resources is a niche communication-skills training provider offering specialised in-house programmes, customised workshops, bespoke training and conferences. We are a team of professional communicators catering to the growing demand for corporate and business communication services. Our programmes reach out across all levels within an organizatiion -- from board members to directors, senior management through to front-liners.

Our list of clients includes most Malaysian GLCs, PLCs and also MNCs operating in Malaysia, as well as Government agencies and regulatory institutions. In conducting training for a client, we invest considerable time understanding the client’s requirements and objectives before developing the specific modules. Our programmes are based on pre-workshop diagnostics and offer customised solutions.

As media consultants, we are often called upon to conduct customised Media Skills Clinics or Messenger-Coaching Workshops. Our senior facilitators have a pre-workshop dialogue with our clients and develop an intensive day-long programme to meet their needs. These workshops feature role-plays in real-life scenarios which are conducted "on-camera" and played back for review and critique. The objective is to equip key company spokespersons with the necessary tools to enable them to interact more effectively with the media.
